(I am on the right) I finished my Masters in Education in January of 2011.  I then took the opportunity to visit friends in Mar Chiquita, Argentina, where my primary purpose was to update my Spanish language skills over the past four months.

Skylar Martin, 6^th grader from Park City, Utah, joined me in Buenos Aires.  I tutored Skylar in Spanish for a month, and at the end of her stay she was able to communicate effectively in restaurant situations, commerce, and public transportation.

Quién Soy: adjective review/getting to know you

Students use adjectives that correlate with the letters of their name to describe themselves.  Students present their projects to their cooperative learning groups in the target language.  This is a great way to encourage team building, and help master content.
